Blog Tour Stop with Review - Our Story by Miranda Dickinson

Welcome to my stop on the Blog Tour for Our Story by Miranda Dickinson!! What They Say: Otty has just landed her dream job. She's about to join the writing team of one of the most respected showrunners in TV. And then the night before her first day, she's evicted from her flat. Joe has been working with Russell for years. He's the best writer on his team, but lately something has been off. He's trying to get his mojo back, but when his flatmate moves out without warning he has other things to worry about. Otty moving into Joe's house seems like the perfect solution to both their problems, but neither is prepared for what happens next. Paired together in the writing room, their obvious chemistry sparks from the page and they are the writing duo to beat. But their relationship off the page is an entirely different story, and neither of them can figure out why. And suddenly the question isn't, will they, or won't they? It's why won't they? ...

Blog Tour Stop - Searching for a Silver Lining with Guest Post

Hello Lovelies! Thanks for joining me today! I'm super excited to welcome the sparkly loveliness that is Miranda Dickinson to my blog today as we celebrate her fantastic new book "Searching For A Silver Lining".  So, without further adieu, let's hand over to Miranda.     Meet The Cast - #4: The Silver Five   I always wanted to write about a road trip and when I created The Silver Five I realised their story would be perfect to tell using a journey. Drawn to London from all over the UK, The Silver Five were put together in a group by enigmatic impresario and manager Rico, who promised them their dreams. I adored creating The Silver Five, not just as they are now but as the starry-eyed young hopefuls they were in the 1950s.   Reenie assumed lead singing duties, joined by talented nightclub singer June ...

Welcome to Tishylou's Books of the Year 2015! Well, can you believe it's that time of year again?? Christmas is fast approaching and with it, another New Year! I can't quite believe how quickly time has flown by... I've read some absolutely amazing books these past 12 months, though sadly haven't been able to blog about them nearly as much as I would have liked. I've decided to do things a little differently this year. I have chosen my favourite books in a few categories and then I will list my Top Reads of the Year in no particular order, then tell you my Book of the Year. I have also decided to include Audiobooks as this is something I have begun listening to and reviewing. So without further adieu..... NEW AUTHOR DISCOVERY - There are two authors who I have found this year and am totally hooked on both of their works now. Jenny Hale (Bookouture) - I kind of randomly picked Christmas Wishes and Mistletoe Kisses from my Kindle Christmas list. I was...
