Blog Tour Stop and Review - If You Could See Me Now by Keris Stainton

Welcome to my stop on the Blog Tour for If You Could See Me Now by Keris Stainton!

I am super excited to be taking part in this tour! I adore Keris and all of her books but this one is by far my favourite to date!

What They Say:

Izzy Harris should have it all – but her boyfriend has been ignoring her for months, she’s been overlooked for a promotion, and the owner of her local coffee shop pervs on her every time she has a craving for a salted caramel muffin.

Then her life is unexpectedly turned upside down.

Izzy dumps her oblivious boyfriend, and leaps on the chance to win a big pitch at work. Needing to work closely with gorgeous colleague Alex is an added perk…

But then her best friend has her heart broken, the pitch is way more complicated than expected, and Alex is keeping secrets. Does Izzy have what it takes to help her friend, save her career and get the guy?

What I Say:

Where do I start?! Right, the premise. This book, to me, is completely fresh and unlike anything I've read before. It isn't your average girl dumps useless boy, meets perfect man scenario. It's much more complicated (and hysterical) than that.

Izzy had an unusual affliction and has to figure her life out while dealing with that too. She shows strength of character, poise (most of the time) and humility. She is feisty, funny and caring. She is the kind of woman you want as your friend.

Her best friend, Tash is fierce. She seems to have it all and be so together. When she hits a rough patch, she and Izzy work things out together. I wish they were real and I knew them. Every girl needs friends like them!

And Alex... Wow! What a guy! He's flawed, insecure and a bit of a mess. But he is also loyal, kind, sensitive and caring. He's a bit of a dork, maybe slightly a man-child but not in a bad way. He made me swoon. Oh and the sex!! I need a fan!!

Keris has written a stunner of a novel here! It has everything you would expect from Women's Fiction and SO much more!

I suggest you read this now! It's one in million. 11/10

Thanks to Kim @bookouture for sending me an ecopy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

My Review of Another Love by Amanda Prowse

Description ; "In the early years, she was happy. Romilly had worked hard for her stunning, modern house in one of Bristol's most fashionable suburbs. She adored her gorgeous, gap-toothed daughter and her kind and handsome husband. Sure, life was sometimes exhausting - but nothing that a large glass of wine at the end of the day couldn't fix. But then, as deep-buried insecurities surfaced, everything started to unravel. A glass of wine became a bottle; one bottle became two. Once, Romilly's family were everything to her. Now, after years of hiding the drinking, she must finally admit that she has found another love..." What I Say: I hadn't planned on posting my review of Another Love by Amanda Prowse yet as the book isn't out until (I believe) 16th January. However, I posted a brief review on Goodreads and Amanda has been sharing it on other social media so I thought she wouldn't mind. Another Love is a stunning, emotionally intense story of a wo...
